While I have my rear axel torn down, I'd like to freshen everything up and try to rectify an issue that I noticed.

I need to know WTB or part numbers for the following two things:

- I have the sealed Green axel bearings. These have an O-ring that seals them to the housing. The O-rings look OK but they have seen better days. Can these be bought separately from the bearing kit?
- I need slightly longer housing studs (3/8"-24). Mine appear to be the normal 1-1/4" length. Can these be purchased in a 1-1/2" length by chance?

My setup is not OEM as I have the SSBC rear disc brakes and green bearings. Any help is appreciated! thumbs

If you can get good dimensions off the o-ring an industrial supply house should be able to hook you up. Maybe check the Dorman book for longer studs with the same knurl as your existing parts. drive

Yeah I can order the o-rings from McMaster but then I have to get like 50. Seems like a waste.

I checked Dorman and it seems they only sell wheel studs - not the housing studs I need. frown

Make sure and use a good thread sealer around the serations, splines, on your new studs up
I've had stock lower ones leak after being accidently knock back into the housing when R&Ring third members whiney
The OEM soft copper washers stop that from the factory, if you don't reuse them make sure and use a good flat washer under the nuts and some good sealer between the washer and third member up wrench grin

When I did my Dana 60 I believe I got the T-bolts from Wilwood. They were long enough to work with my Wilwood disc brake brackets and green bearings.
