Since I've been laid off and staying around the house more I started gaining weight and have developed soft clean hands already. Started questioning my own mortality and I'm having second thoughts about working on my Savoy in case something happens and it cant be driven. So I'm not doing the re-wire and roll cage install until I know it's safe. Anyone else putting extra pounds yet ? Gus

People are eating because they are bored, not because they are hungry. Also, not enough people getting exercise. I'm not getting as much exercise as I would be if the gyms were open, but some of the people I train with have put up great at-home exercise routines, including some that are all body weight. I'm also doing shadow boxing and my regular cardio videos.

Lockdown? My schedule hasn't changed. If anything I'm getting busier with the warm weather.
If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

3 weeks?!? I'm about a third into my 3rd 30 pack. And I spent 5 hours driving yesterday to buy some liquor. So I stocked up! Going to have to get that moonshine still going.

The lock down hasn't changed my life much since I was pretty much at home all the time already. I've actually lost a few pounds (5) but only because spring is now here and I can get outside and do some stuff around the house and garage.
Kayse can't keep up at all now. lol

Bicycle, bicycle, bicycle! Get outside and take in some sunshine and fresh air. You know I looked at my bike today when I took the trash out. Maybe Ill take it out for a ride tomorrow. I haven't actually weighed myself I just feel like I'm getting heavy. My beer and coffee intake is about a third of normal but I've been using my Treager a lot lately cleaning out the freezer . Gus

I've lost weight, too. No eating out. Sleeping 'til noon and only eating a small lunch and then dinner.... or sometimes just dinner.

Going to have to get that moonshine still going.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/4L-750W-De...8?hash=item3415b265ce:g:rxgAAOSwT7NdoUI~Ideal small batch moonshine still is to buy one of the above, take apart the coil in the top unit and seal the tiny hole that allows “volatile vapors” to escape when tap water is distilled. But my advice is to stop drinking entirely. This coming from someone who drank more Bourbon from age 18 to 36 than most drink in a lifetime.

This really is a great time for people to work on fitness. If you are home, you likely have more free time. Get off of the couch and move. There are countless free workouts online. You don't need any equipment, though if you have some, use it. I did a 60 minute boxing workout last night...15 minutes of cardio, 8 three minute rounds of shadow boxing, 15 minutes of core-focused work at the end, and I was gassed. I usually do that workout at the boxing gym, using the heavy bag. Even without the bag, it was challenging. You guys can do it, and you won't regret it.

I'm still workin but I've lost a few pounds. Been bringing a lunch and not eating a lot of junk food or Pepsi. Dinner on the table when I get home every day cause the wife is home for now due to the work stoppage..
Healthy home cookin I guess has its advantages.
