Gathering parts for new build, for my 70 dart bracket car.

Building a 392 combo using a 5.7 block , 05 model year i believe.(03 to 08 this i know just not specific year)
using eagle heads, and a ritter short 4150 intake ,70 dart using cal tracks and mono leafs, 727 trans,4.56 gear, will
purchase new ultimate converter, or send current back for changes they recommend. I would like to purchase a cam before
I take heads and block to machinist, thanks

how fast you want to go? Compression? Fuel?

I just completed a similar build. If you want your heads ported contact Ray(sixpackgut) and he can order a custom cam (Comp)
for your combo at the same cost of a shelf cam. https://www.facebook.com/BornAgainHotRods/
Or contact gremlinsteve if you just need a cam.

My guy finished up a 392(5.7 based) last week , set of Pre Eagle heads 2.125/1.62 valves , 10.5 to one, Prefix single plane intake , HUG SER3438MHLN-10 .589/.594 234/238@50 pulled 55Xhp and 56Xtq at 3600lbs that should get you where you want to be. with good Eagles I would think it would be in the 57X+hp range.
