Hemi-itis high tailed it outta there in a stolen '73 Dodge Coronet being that I got my Boys in the Purple gang after him.
Oh I forgot, he's probably still sleeping after 10 hours on the road and I did all the driving. LOL.

He told me about the W/M system he installed just days before the event. Nice meeting you James!!

I can't begin to thank FMJ enough for draggin me along on this adventure Wed we made a few stops in Ohio. When we got off the highway in Akron there was this parts vender we just had to stop at Then we went to an incredible resto shop that had like 8 cars that we were able to look at that were just so over the top! FMJ snapped a few there Than we went to Firecore Wires to visit Rick and pick up wire sets for our DDs. Great to see Rick as I have not seen him for a few years. Stole that picture from Rick

Yeah, it seems like it was a long time ago already. Freakin' New York City just sucks time outta anyone.
It was super cool to stop by Joe Rowe's Rod and Custom shop in Ohio. Those light weight A-990's and steel nose Hemi's were off the chain and only half way completed. Out of this world.
Of course, no one should stomp through Ohio without stopping in for a tune up at Rick's own Firecore establishment. It was on my bucket list to acquire a new set of wires, cap and rotor and it was also long overdue to see the man himself. He's such a gentleman and a great business owner.
Then it was off to the races in Detroit where my measly little 318 Econo engine morphed into a killer sounding 340 with the simple upgrade of a 2-1/4 stainless dual exhaust over at Gary's PF&E's exhaust shop in Chesterfield.
Thanks again Mr. Dudek for the hook ups.
I'll post some pics myself as soon as I get a NY minute.

Who are those guys? Only the shadow of a doubt knows?
It was great to see the greats from Detroit. That includes you Doug and Scott.
Actually, all I did was twist the arm of the chef to give us all their best Lamb chops and shellfish or else. LOL
Doug was actually instrumental in getting the heads of state together under one roof and over one table. Thank you so much Doug. You are an ace.
