That looks great. So how do I get one made??? AndyF pretty much nailed it... Same process everywhere, it all starts with CAD from a Napkin sketch with dimensions from measuring the part... then machining manually, or on a cnc.... end cost: the more you make the less they are, the less you make the more they are....

Based on my industrial experience...
You could have this 3D printed out of metal. The companies that sell 3D printers are always willing to work on a “one off” that they can show potential customers. The part can be laser scanned for dimensions (pretty common now a days) and then loaded in a printer.
But...it better be something really dear to you, the cost of a couple of hours of engineering time to get it ready to print would probably be something like $200/hr, unless you know someone who knows someone that can make the connection for you.
Having said that...the part will be stronger than what you had and dimensionally exact.
The technology is pretty amazing. At work we have our own 3D metal printers that are used for complex, one off, valve components for the Oil and Gas industry. (No, I really can’t ask them, I am retired now and probably wouldn’t have tied up the machines on such a project when still working. We run the machine 24/7).
So, an idea if you know someone that is involved with the technology where you live. Again, the machine resellers that have a demo room are the guys you want (or Jay Leno who has his own).
