Hi Dwight, Isn't the 70 bakelite water valve the same for all Ebody AC vehicles regardless of engine size ??? If so the valve was used for various models through the 70s..Here's a link to an NOS valve{not the correct Ebody bracket}.. For 100% correct the 70 stamping number is probably a superseded one and might need changed.. NOS bakelite water valve

Keep in mind the bakelite valves were prone to cracking/leaking hence the reason for the "all metal" replacements that were sold in later years... Here's an aftermarket mounting bracket for the valve... "Prone" to cracking? More like "Guaranteed" to crack. They usually all crack around those self-threading screws. No logic to putting an NOS in a car, then exposing it to hot coolant. How many really need a "fully" functional heater system in a restored car; barely, if at all driven in colder seasons.
