As it stand at the moment we are going to use a 360 magnum in my sons 72 cuda. The car is a non air car but going to install vintage air. The car has a 22" opening. Will that size radiator handle a built 360 with A/C ?? If we decided to go Gen 3 will a 22" rad work? What radiator is everyone using? It's on the rotisserie now , so if i need to make the change better do it now. but if i dont have to i wont. Thoughts??

With A/C I would fix the car for a 26" rad

With A/C I would fix the car for a 26" rad ^^^^^^^^^^^^This^^^^^^^^^^^ and I would use a high volume pump, turn the pump at least 6% over cranks speed and get a big two core radiator. The bigger the core the better. 1.25 cores are as small as I'd go, and if you can find 1.5 cores get that.

Look very close at the drawings. That's the radiator I bought and the claim is its a drop in fit. It's not. While the drawing looks correct, the X-Y-Z zero is off or something. And the radiator won't fit in the stock bolt locations. This was far a 73 A body. The radiator cools like jack the bear, it just didn't as a bolt in replacement. If I had to do it over (and I may) I'd buy a Cold Case radiator because I've seen one of those and it bolts in directly.
