I have used the epoxy and 2K with good results. I had 2 problems (one with product and one with packaging) but both were taken care of quickly and without any hassle. Maybe it was bad luck but I have to admit I am a bit nervous about ordering again.

They seem to have product issues from time to time BUT I will say they seem back everything 100%.

They have a forum but It seems to me alot of issues are lost as everything is taken care of by e-mails and phone calls.

The owner does a good job with tech help and advice.

I used the epoxy... some of the best spraying, easiest to work with and relatively inexpensive...

I would use them again...

They have a great following at hotrodders.com where I found out about them (barryK) is the owner (??) and posts quite often.

They specialize in clear coats and primers. They produce some high quality clears at fantastic prices.
Most issues I've read about come from improper application or insufficient surface preparation.
I have never had a problem with any of their products and as stated above the owner of the company is just a phone call away.
Their forum has plenty of experienced painters that have websites where you can view their work. These guys will offer advice and help to anyone with serious questions.

Seems like, this is what I'm hearing from allot of guys...very good response...

I spoke with them yesterday on the phone and they had no problem taking the time to go in depth about the products and even tips...Told me to call anytime if I had questions... They also said they were offering colour but backed out and are focusing on being the best at primers and clear...
I also talked to a shop up here in Canada who's using their epoxy all the way through the paint job.. They don't use any 2k surfacer, says the epoxy doesn't gum the paper at all...

I ordered a few gallons of the turbo 2k and the epoxy to try out...

I have been using SPI for several years now and even still have some of the base & single stage paint. They had the BEST ss Black I've ever seen.Shame they quit it but the paint line was just too much to deal with so they decided to go back to what they do best. The Universal Clear is about an idiotproof a product as you can use. No offense intended but if I can spray it like glass with a HF Purple gun you can only imagine what it looks like thru a Iwata or Sata.Which, btw looks AWWWSOME..
Barry has a tendancy to take "perfect" and try to make it better, which gets him in trouble occasionally hence the "small" issues that pop up in some products from time to time but all in all, their products are as good as ANY manufactured today by ANYone PERIOD....
Every paint manufactuer has "issues" at times but the BIG difference is,
Barry will own up and make it right instead of telling you,as the majors do, "It's YOUR fault".
I keep the White and Black epoxy onhand and can mix to any shade of Gray I wish. I can go on for pages about the products and the support but all you need do is try some and your sold.
The shipping problems were associated with the transporter,Usually Fedx as when Baker switched from UPS,2 of my shipments were pretty banged up from FedUp.
SPI ships direct from the factory now and if it's beat up,it's the shippers fault but SPI has taken steps to insure it won't as they go overkill on the packing now.
Exceptional products and Exceptional people.
Heck,I even painted my mower with it and even today,a quick wash and buff,it's back to as sprayed condition.

I have to say I'm surprised I haven't heard about them sooner. This past week I've heard the comment that "once you try them you won't go back" several times now...

If you let the epoxy dry for at least a day it sands fantastic but if you get on it too soon it will gum the paper. There is a 7 day re-coat window so no problem there. Also, you can apply filler over it without sanding first and it adheres great and feathers into the epoxy. You can also reduce the epoxy and use it as a sealer before you shoot your base.
Universal clear has a well earned reputation as a go to clear for restoration work.
And the prices speak for themselves.

How are there prices ?

We've been using Roberlo's 2K and its pretty nice, High build, fills and sands well. Its a very light gray color which I like.

Here's a link so you can get pricing: http://bakerpbe.com/catalog.php?VendID=SOUT05&descr=
IIRC the prices include shipping.

If you have a jobber in your area they will direct you to them for purchase.

I had gritty 2K primer twice (both were replaced free of charge)

Last batch of activator was "seedy" , found the can had a small pinhole in it when shipped.

It was replaced also. Said they had a run of bad cans.
