No...not that kind!
I need to strip a 71 Road Runner and I am torn between the different methods. I'm not even sure of there is anyone near me that does acid dipping. I have heard horror stories of paint issues after soda blasting. So, what about other media blasting. I am in Central Texas and I am pretty flexible in regards to taking the car to the right place. I appreciate any input.

Are you just doing the exterior or the entire car?
For the exterior, I've come to prefer "mechnical", meaning a D-A sander and 80-grit.
If the car is straight already & you just need to get to a paintable surface, block-sand it with 180.
For a complete bare-tub build, I've used bot a dip tank guy and a media-blast guy.
The dip-tank process is easier to clean up afterwards, but harder to find & deal with drop-off/pick-up.
Always check the work done by a media blaster, some guys don't understand automotive sheet metal.

The entire tub. I have the car completely disassembled and on a rotisserie. I had a bad experience with a sand blast job on a 70 R/T Charger STP car a few years back and really don't want to re-live that situation. It was so bad, I just sold the car without building it. Admittedly, the proper research was not done to verify experience with auto metal.

I just got mine '69 RR back from the dipper a month ago. A buddy of mine also did his '67 Belvedere last summer. In my opinion, its the ONLY way to go. Mine is originally a Montreal car that saw five winters so it had its share of rust. I had blasted the firewall forward a couple years back but there was still the rust in the seams. After dipping there is no apparent rust ANYWHERE. I suppose if you have a relatively clean car to begin with then blasting would be the way to go but for anything else, dipping has everything else beat. It gets rid of EVERYTHING - paint, rust, seam sealer, bondo, lead filler. All you're left with is bare steel.
