It had been at least 2 months since I drove my car so I wormed it up and did a lap around the block when I got back I noticed fluid under the left control arm thinking brake cylinder I looked at it and noticed fluid coming from the bottom of the shock its C E 3 way adj. that's about 22 years old ,my question is it bad or from lack of use?

that is true but in actuality they have seen very little street time in that period like say 300 miles or less Work on that.

Seals hardened with age. The pros claim now to replace tires every 5 years regardless of tread depth due to aging/deterioration of rubber. Don't kill me that's what the pros are saying.
Keep old mopars alive.

I was told 20 yrs ago by a trusted Cooper tire dealer to replace all radials after two to three years no matter how much mileage was on them And you believe that guy? If radial tires (or any other for that matter) have to be replaced after only two years, then something is seriously wrong with the rubber industry!
