I might be starting to look at FiTech or Holley FI systems for a 340. i'd like to ask questions of people who took off their carbs and bolted on one of these systems. Which forum should I look at? Thanks

You might also go to Yellowbullet and do a search there. You'll find a lot more posts on this subject although not specific to Mopars.
Master, again and still

Both Holley and FiTech have faceBook Groups: https://www.facebook.com/groups/SniperEFISupport/https://www.facebook.com/groups/1138882606178838/You can search and ask here also. There is a bit of a learning curve to EFI, but the Sniper and FiTech are pretty easy to install and setup. If the engine has issues like intake or exhaust leaks it will really mess with the self-learning EFI. Also need a good EFI fuel system that is filtered well. In-tank pump works well and makes install a bit easier because there are less connections to make. Make sure to flush the fuel lines before connecting them.

So this turns out to be a pretty good question by the replies. What I actually meant was, which forum on this website. Maybe we need a new one? Thanks for the feedback.
