I bought a generic one from the local auto glass place. Cheap like $165. But it wasn't any thinner. My bet is there is only 1 generic supplier. All my sides and backlight are standard 1/8" Lexan. Still pretty god after 6 years of use. Doug

Mine has been in there 20yrs. The only problem I've ever had was at times when the humidity at night is really bad, it wants to start fogging up. Buy yourself one of those small cube heaters and let it run inside the car on low. This helps a lot.
