See if you can find a catalog for Gorilla on-line. They had a pretty good selection of 11/16 threads and IIRC that included open top.
I bought through a local shop about 10 years ago. They were tied into Keystone automotive warehouse network.

there is also a guy on ebag called "lugnutking" [or something close to that] who has just about any lugnut ever made for every wheel brand. the prices are reasonable too. you may want to check him out.

Nope, they are unobtainium. frown I took some of the special lug nuts that come with the small bolt Cragars and machined the end off of them, that is the only way except carving out your own. twocents

That's a bummer. Nothing wrong with machining the top cap off if needed.
Shank diameter for mag style can be an issue with replacements on some older rims. I have two sets of SBP cast slots and the lug nuts do not interchange.

Not to high jack, but I'm glad I read this.
I have two different pairs of 14 inch slots and the lug nuts I have only fit one pair. Is there a source for the larger hole wheels?

Rhinodart that is what I almost did with the Super Trick nuts I used on my Challenger. Got tired of NHRA wanting me to pull a Front nut to check the studs so I searched years ago and come up with the open end lug nuts and washers and changed to long studs. Nothing wrong with the studs I was using with a closed nut, all passed tech at the drag strip but got tired of pulling a nut in 90 degree weather just to show the Tech people I was legal. Funny how they never wanted me to pull the nuts on the back rims that are Crager SS steel rims with closed nuts.

I went through this years back when I put long studs in so ended up chucking the ones I had up in a lathe and drilling them with the proper bit then chasing a tap through, was hoping they didnt rust and look like crap but they held up very well
