The mounts that I have, including those still attached to a '76-77 B engine, show a slot that is right close to 2" in length on both pieces. Cannot find any A-LA mounts right now. poorboy I Live Here Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 10,538 Freeport IL USA	The difference between the small block mounting brackets and the big block mounting brackets is the distance between the holes for the mounting ears at the motor. The mounting ear holes on a big block are farther apart then they are on a small block. In the picture, the bracket on the left appears to be a small block bracket, and the one on the right appears to be a big block bracket. Gene

poorboy I Live Here Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 10,538 Freeport IL USA	The sandwich rubber mounts with the interlocking feature usually have the brackets with the hole and the nub to orientate the rubber mounts correctly. Guess that was probably cheaper the punching the slot. Gene

GKMOPAR OP mopar Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 698 Hilliard, Ohio	Thanks for the information. It does look like one of each. The slotted one is about 2 1/2" inside to inside and the other is about 3". Not sure how I ended up with that? Anyone need a mis-matched pair of motor mounts? LOL
