as you know that (BBP) will mean a wheel change or SBP/BBP adapters (not the ideal choice). there might be enough meat in the BBP rotors to redrill for SBP & use lug centric lug nuts cuz the BBP center hole "register" is larger to center the wheels. if so I can give you the pattern to redrill to elim the machine shop time/bill. You might give Doc a call.

The earlier SB KH set up will work fine and maintain the bolt pattern not requiring a rear pattern or wheel change. Calipers can be purchased as well as the valve and lines, the spindles and hubs are not available to my knowledge and must be sourced from originals. Generally a complete set up can be bought anywhere from $250 up with rebuilt systems going for $500 plus pretty easy. If you go later BB pattern then you need the spindle out and the upper control arm from the donor car cause it takes a larger ball joint. You can still pick these up in boneyards depending on your area so not overly expensive and most every wearable part is available for purchase from the parts house. I have seen them go for anywhere from $50-250 depending on how complete and condition.

i did price out that option with Rockauto because i already have the correct spindle from a disk brake car but once i total everything up it was pretty much the same price as i was seeing for the conversion kits. I was planning to upgrade to 15" wheels as a minimum anyway so other than the problem with a spare tire for the back, the cost is pretty much a wash.

Early Mustangs rotors can be machined to fit the mopar a body spindles and this will get you the larger bolt pattern if that is what your after. You can keep all the other small bolt pattern parts (spindles, calipers, upper control arms, etc.).
For A Bodies only has a multi-page thread on it.
Edit:
The 73 and up factory disc brakes also widen the track width of the car a little under 1" per side. Depending upon wheel backspacing and tire size this can mean the front tires will catch the fender lip.
