What application is that front cover?

Any pics by chance with the alternator mocked up?

Typical car application, I believe.

The alternator is on the picture above, are you needing to see it in the car?

One more question (for now)...

Where do heater hoses connect on that front cover...or do they??

They connect at the back of the engine. Tubes run from the timing cover, under the intake. [the ones with blue tape]

It's a plain pre-Eagle 5.7L and a custom Comp cam. I spent my go-fast money on the T56 Magnum and will likely add some light boost to the 5.7 after the bugs are worked out of the car. I opened up the ring gaps a bit to help that happen.
