I have recently gotten a small block 360 72 dart drag car. Runs solid 6.80'in the eighth It has a Holley pro form 850 on it now. Runs good. But with 13.1 compression. I am thinking about going e85. I have the e85 1050 dominator already. Would this be to much carb for this combo? it turns 7500rpm I typically shift at 6500 though. Thanks.

I have a 950 on my dinky 318. I put a 750 on it and it slowed the car down better than a tenth.
I only shift this thing at 6200, trap at 5900-6000.
I figured the 750 would be better against advice on here. They were right.

I had an 850 Proform on our 10.8 to 1 360 magnum with 2.02 ported MP mag R/T heads, Indy single plane, and Hughes 238/242 hyd. Roller. Swapped to an annular 1050 proform main body and picked up over 3 tenths and almost 3 mph. I'd say try it and you should see some sizable gains also.

it should work fine, I have a nice FAST E85 wide band system i'll sell you , will make the learning curve a little easier.

Needs a dominator.

Just because you think it won't make it true. Horsepower is KING. To dispute this is stupid. C. Alston
