Playing around at the airport drags. Traction was good... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XnK0qyXOjlE&feature=youtu.be100 foot wheelie and a 1.33 60 foot with the back tires. Best 60 foot with the front tires on the ground that day was a 1.25, sitting down just before the 60 foot lights. cheers, Arnie

Nice. Seen you run there. I was running Barney the purple 71 Superbee. Very nice ride. My bud with his 69 Camaro had some bad luck. Did you see the video? Whole front end flew off.

Looking good. Looks like maybe you tightened stuff up a bit but at any rate good hit for sure..

Hey Al,
So if I want to improve the 60 foot time further, should I just tighten the front end to the point it starts to spin the tires a bit??
I had 10psi in the tires, and rear end is fairly stiff already...
I did have 4 degrees launch retard in it for .65 seconds, so I will try without next time.
Going out tomorrow to an 1/8 mile track so I will play around with the front shocks and see if I can get the front tires back on the ground before 60 foot lights this time...

Yes I would tighten up the front end next. Also you can run less pressure in the rear tires as well that will build wheelspeed as well. As for the timing yeah the idea would be to not take any out. But the chassis will need to work to accomplish that as well. Keep chipping away at it. Looks great.
