You might contact egge machine shop & see what they have(or can make). It would not be cheap but to get a 413 up & running it might be something to consider.

You can ask the question 600 different ways and the answer will be the same .
The only way you will know exactly how far the block can be safely overbored is AFTER a SONIC CHECK .

in the old days it was quite common to bore a 426 +.070 over and use standard bore 440 pistons. as a matter of fact i have a 1964 426 in the garage right now that was done that way.
but as John said, it's best to sonic test the block before doing any excessive boring to see just what you can do.
