Just got my LM2(my first one) & the sensor will not completely heat for calibration. It gets to W99 & stays there. I have double checked all connectors. Has anyone else experienced this?

Just got my LM2(my first one) & the sensor will not completely heat for calibration. It gets to W99 & stays there. I have double checked all connectors. Has anyone else experienced this? I have a new LM2 that is doing the same thing. Channel 1 will not warm the sensor past w99. Channel 2 works fine. It is not a sensor problem because both sensors will work fine when plugged into Channel 2. We need to call Innovate directly about the problem. They have not responded to my e mails or request for return authorization. I'm completing some tuning using the channel that works then plan to send it back for repair. A little google searching indicates this may be a common issue.

I recently purchased the LSU4.9 sensor and cable and it says in the manual that using the wrong setting may cause damage. That would have to be stated very clearly when shipping new units that may not be set up correctly. I think they owe you a solution.
