I bought Strange ...strut fronts and coil over rears for the Rampage... Strange strut for the race car and QA1s(old ones with 12 way adjustments which have been rebuilt) on the rear of the race car

Viking on all 4 corners. Very happy with them.
1971 Plum Crazy Super Bee. 572 World Aluminum block with a Cope 727 & Dana 4.10 out back. 9.88 @ 138 with a 1.35 60 NA. Dialed back to 10.0’s. 4000 lbs with me in it.

I spoke to Viking yesterday and was quoted a price on double adjustables that was $15 more expensive than Strange doubles. easy answer...........strange

The brand does NOT matter..........the valving is what matters. Don't order some off the shelf shocks from Jegs or Summit......CALL a shock company, tell them what you have and what you want to do and let them suggest proper valving. Universal is seldom ideal Monty I did CALL Viking and will call Strange tomorrow. Thanks for the input guys.

They weren't one of the options, but I like Afco. We've had a number of sets back for custom work and have been happy with what we got back.
If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

I have heard good things, haven't had an opportunity to fool with any. I agree with Monte, having a set of shocks customized for your combination is money well spent. There are plenty of companies out there making good parts. No excuse to fight with junk shocks these days.
If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.
