It's time to put a better shock on my Dart. Looking for double adjustable rears.

I spoke to Viking yesterday and was quoted a price on double adjustables that was $15 more expensive than Strange doubles.

The brand does NOT matter..........the valving is what matters. Don't order some off the shelf shocks from Jegs or Summit......CALL a shock company, tell them what you have and what you want to do and let them suggest proper valving. Universal is seldom ideal

They weren't one of the options, but I like Afco. We've had a number of sets back for custom work and have been happy with what we got back.

I have heard good things, haven't had an opportunity to fool with any.

I agree with Monte, having a set of shocks customized for your combination is money well spent. There are plenty of companies out there making good parts. No excuse to fight with junk shocks these days.

I ordered my shocks from Viking today. I spoke to John Friday and discussed what I had and got his thoughts on what I needed. Today I called Strange from work to see what they had and recommended. I could've just picked my shock out of their catalog.

So I called John, he still had his notes from our conversation Friday so pretty much all we had to do was go over everything and then get the correct length.

One of my springs was bent so I have new ones ordered from Calvert so hopefully they will be here this week and maybe the shocks will be here early next week.

Thanks for the help guys.
