there is no such thing as a quiet electric pump but Robert is right. the Carter street pump is pretty quiet and doesn't require a regulator with Holley carbs. you can't beat the price either. i had one in for over 20 years and just replaced it last spring only cause i figured it was time. comes with the bracket, you supply the fuel fittings

I've had a Holley gerotor pump on my 470 Road Runner for years. It sounds like a typical in tank pump. I can hear it when I flip the key but not when the car is running.

Yes that is the correct Carter fuel pump P4070, I was going to use that same pump.

How is your holley pump mounted? You didn't bolt it to a frame frail did you? Any inline electric pump should be mounted with two rubber P clamps on the body. Preferably with the body put into a foam or rubber sleeve before the P clamps go on.

Not by much. My Warbro in tank pump is not much quieter than the Edelbrock external pump it replaced. Kind of an apples and oranges comparison though as the Edelbrock was a 7psi pump and Warbro is 50 psi plus.
Just thought it would be as quiet as my Ram 1500 or Durango pumps.

""whats a good electric fuel pump for a street car? im looking for quiet unlike my holly blue pump""

My buddy and I both ran the Holley RED pumps and we both complained that they were loud at idle. I talked him into testing the Holley HP125 and he said that he could not hear it run at idle. So I bought the same pump and he was correct. No more buzzing noise at idle with the HP125 and I am using the same bracket setup that I used on the RED.

Don't know your budget...but a Fuel pump speed controller can quiet down a pump too. Especially one that is sorta quiet already...
