I have a 71 Challenger R/T with 11 inch HD manual drums. The tag is marked 1183 with a large 31 on the end. The 31 matches my broadcast sheet. My car has a SPD of 520 (if it matters). Dual reservoir of equal sizes, bail wire cover retainer, with exits towards the drivers side inner fender.
I would love to get a repro of this tag.

3461184 71 B/E/A-Body Manual Drum
This is the parts book replacement cylinder for these applications. I would assume that the part/assembly supplied to the production line would have included master, lid, bail, pushrod, plastic gasket with rubber boot ready to be installed. Because the B/E use one pushrod and the A-body another I would suspect these were 2 different assemblies.
The number on the second line of these tags would appear to be a 10,000 day calendar date. Assuming this, the one Mark posted for his 71 challenger would look to be a date that falls in for the 71 model year. The letters A, B, C could mean a number of things, shift, batch of the day, which line, etc.
