I'll get a pic of mine & get it on here soon. They used 2 large (fender) washers & the speed nuts on the pegs. Or PM me your cell # & I'll send them direct to you. Well it turns out the washers I somehow thought I "remembered" aren't there after all. I get the pix uploaded later.

There are stick on "Challenger" emblems, think their original application was the trunklid. Original fender emblems had studs and were interchangable, BUT the grille emblem is a different unique emblem. Different thickness and plus it has studs.
jess
Yeah, it's hopped up to over 160...

jess The stick-ons are re-pops, my fender & decklid have 2 holes each for the pins to go through, with speed nuts on the backsides.

decklid have 2 holes each ...seriously? Any way we could see a pic of this from backside of trunk lid? Not doubting you, just never seen it (or perhaps, noticed it) before. jess

I would be skeptical that it came that way from the factory, but I guess anything is possible. My '70 Challenger has its original trunk lid and when we stripped it for paint there were no signs of it ever having holes for emblems.

My car came to me from Arizona via a friend in Meadville, PA, & it's hard to tell how many times it may have been painted in it's life. Someone may/must have drilled it prior to my ownership & I assumed it to be correct....... The last paint was an Earl Sheib special where they taped off the glass, lights & some of the grille & that "special, cover-all" paint......still a work in-progress........

Yes, most repop dealers will have them. Classic Industries, yearone, etc. Here's a link to one of my favorite dealers.... MegaParts
