I am changing out old springs and this is my first time doing this..guy at pac said set them at 2.060 and you will have 360 on the seat..question is if not all are 360 do I set them all at the same height or same pressure??

Same height, if the pressure isn't the same or pretty darned close then there is a problem with the spring, they should be pretty close to each other within a set, I have checked mine several times a season and they all seem to be within 5# of each other, spring technology is a lot better than it used to be.

Do you have an accurate pressure tester? If not I'd set them all 2.060". I always have set mine by height. Current motor is 285/292@.800" with 300/830 spring pressure. No issues, I set them 1.950" +/- .005"

If you have access to a good valve spring pressure gauge use it up I always set all the 16 roller cam springs up so they have bewtween .060 and .080 from coil bind no matter what the pressures are twocents I have mixed the inner springs to get the pressures really close to each other on the seats also scope Your way better of to have 50 lbs to much pressure than 5 lbs to little on todays race roller cams up work
If the roller leaves the nose of the cam at the upper RPM it will leave tracks on the backside of the lobe, if you see those marks replace the springs and lifters, the lifters, unless thier the bushed non needle bearing roller lifters, will be damaged by slamming back into the lobe after the launching of it off the nose of the cam shruggy IHTH

I got a lsm spring tester.. the last pass I made it started braking up at the top of second so I lifted and lots of the spring pressures are at 280 when I checked them. they started at 350..bought motor used so I don't know the valve spring history..so getting new ones..
