Merry Christmas Fred..... It will be tough to figure out selling dealer. The selling dealer code system has changed.....zones. I believe SF zone in California is 74.....and last three were the dealer.
As for the booster, your best luck will be with a reman, nos will be tough, and life of rubber parts is questionable after a long period of time.

Usually if a booster is bad the pedal is rock hard not fading.Sounds like a linkage of master problem.Rocky

Booster too master pushrod clearance too big? Shoes note adjusted right? Start simple.
