I bought a new W200 with a 440 in 1977 and it did not stay stock very long. And I have never had a vehicle of any make that has. Good luck finding a picture of what you need.

depends on the manifolds you have.
some trucks had 2 center dump and some had a driver side center dump with a pass side rear dump "log manifold".
I put my 78 truck 440 in a 88 d100 and swapped it over to 2 center dump manifolds. all 90* plug boots.
I then went to hedman 79250 headers and run the same plug wire routing.
I have 4 wires down the pass side VC with 2 dropping down the back for the #6 & #8 2 down the back for #5 & #7 ( they would drop under the manifold/tuck behind tubes)
2 wires drop down pass side front for #2 & #4 with 2 droping down driver front for #1 & #3
I run a set of firecore wires with heat sleeves at the plugs.
nice/clean looking as far as plug wire routing.
**the pass side log manifold will have #8 90* boot/drop down from back, #6 will drape out over manifold using a straight boot. #2 & #4 drop down from front and use 90* boots.
driver side will have all 90* boots #5 & #7 run down pass side VC dropping down in back crossing over to driver side.
#1 & #3 drop down in front.
after market sets will have deferent boot angles to contend with so it is best to have a good look at them before buying a set.
I will see about posting a pic tonight if that helps.

with headers
the heat socks make it look tight, but the 90* boots and wire tucks behind the tubes with 1/2" + clearance. I used socks just in case. firecore wires = 165$ with socks (31 feet of wire)
