Those Fel-Pro 1657 won't work on a stamped steel valve cover. There made for cast aluminium valve covers. You need to use either cork or something thick.(neoprene) Your only option is the cork & rubber for the stamped steel valve covers. It's very easy to over torque the bolts and bend the sealing flange with the cork & rubber gaskets. Be sure and take the time to check and correct where necessary or you may continue to have leaks even with new gaskets. We offer a quality gasket for your application also Superformance Products

I have changing out all my gaskets to SUPERPERFORMANCE.Ordered 2 oil pan,4 waterpump, and4 carb base and an intake.Best feeling gaskets I have found.
HEMI-ITIS has no cure. My condition is fully BLOWN!!
