clean head and flat flange and I've had good luck with about anything out there.

My tti gaskets that came with the headers have been on for 10 years without a leak, probably due to the header more than the gasket.

I got some jacked up headers on the Duster, I used Remflex they are quite a bit thicker and a bit spendy

A good thick flange of 3/8" and I have used the
MP grafoil.. also one of the bolt holes per tube
enlarged to let it slide .. and a coat of hi temp
silicone

Hands down these... Multi layered soft aluminum. Seal fantastic on my turbo car with huge back pressure compared to an n/a motor.

I like cometic gaskets, hold up to the nitrous heat no problems.

You can buy Remflex in different size sheets. I see it on Remflex's site and on Summit's.
