Does anyone have access to a 1972 or 1973 Imperial (doesn't matter two or four door) with the original tire information sticker still mounted on the car? My coupe has been repainted, and while the VIN door sticker is still there, it only has the GVWR, date when assembled, and the VIN. There is no specific size of tire or psi air tire pressure information present here. Is there a separate informational sticker for this on a fuselage C body? I'm not even certain it would be found in the door jamb area or not? It might even be in the engine bay somewhere? I just don't know, this is the first Imperial I have owned.

At any rate, if anyone out there can help out with a description of where it would be mounted and a clear photo of what the entire sticker looks like that would be great.

Thanks,

Mark

Inside the trunk lid I think. Door jamb didn't become normal till the 80's.

I can take a look when I get home, assuming I remember.

Here is the sticker on my 72 Imperial. It is on the B pillar about 1/4" below the door striker.

Awesome feets -- that's the best..............

Could I ask for one more favor -- can you get a nice close up of the numbers at the bottom of the label, the last two numbers that I can easily see are 94.

Thank you!!!!!

I think "bleh" is a 2 but it's hard to tell. I'll have to double check tonight.

Have you found a source for L84-15 tires yet? laugh

Hey, whenever you can get to it is fine by me -- I'm just glad someone is willing to help -- you know how it is................

Even if they were available I wouldn't be using those. I've got big plans for my 73 coupe. Hopefully I can get buried in this car financial wise so I have to keep it forever -- I guess that's my stupid plan.................... These are great cars, so I really don't care I guess.

Thanks again feets!!!!!!!!!

Mark
