I looked around for 1/2" flanges and most wont make them.. and the
ones that would wanted about $200.. you would be better off measuring
a gasket and having them cut at that shop.. also.. make them out
of stainless... I ended up making most of my flanges

Make sure the gasket lines up well with your heads... it shouldnt
take the shop long to set up a CNC program to cut the flanges based
on the gasket... but it will add a few bucks to the cost

Schoenfeld has flanges. I think they even provide dimensions on their website.

Check the website for Flatout Gaskets. They used to have drawings with dimensions of all of the gaskets they made.

I'll give you a couple of suggestions that help.. when you
get done building the headers cut the flanges so the end tubes
are free to move... and on each tube drill 1 hole larger so
each section of the flange can grow and move

Call TTI or Hedman and see if they will sell you flanges.
