Sooooo what is this for a cam some sort of rv grind..? has cd15011 which I'm assuming is the part # as well as 1-4 and 779 stamped on the front of the front journal


This is a cam that came out of a 360 I'm freshening up . It looks to be in great shape as does the rest of the motor so I'm going re-ring and bearing it ( I could reuse the what came out as it looks like a pretty good rebuild, but I have new stuff I can use)........ This 360 will probably end up in a pickup or van .

Looks like a stock type rebuild with 10/10 crank and 030 cast pistons but someone did go through the trouble of balancing it...

This is a hydraulic lifter camshaft for an LA. Duration at .050" is 222 degrees on both intake and exhaust. Lobe lift is .3114", resulting in a gross valve lift of .467" with the standard 1.5:1 rocker arms. Lobe separation is 110 degrees. Cam timing at .050" is: intake opens 6 BTDC, intake closes 36 ABDC, exhaust opens 46 BBDC, exhaust closes 4 BTDC. Basic power range was 2400-5400 RPM. It will be down on vacuum a 3-4 inches from stock. Regards, Chase
