I was looking at the 1993 Jeep rotors and they appear to be close to 11" diameter and the brackets seem to be designed for the larger 11-3/4" rotors. Do the brackets need to be re-radiused to move the calipers closer to the axle centerline by 3/8"?

Sure looks like it !...

Better to push the bracket toward the calipers and drill 2 other holes for the brake pins......

I cut the radius 5/8 in closer to the axle so the pads fully contact the rotors.
I made a fitting to plug into the air hose and apply pressure on the rotor to square it, works like a charm !

Tac weld, remove the calipers and fully weld on both sides...
