408cuda OP mopar Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 610 White Creek, NY	Wondering if anyone has any feedback on the quality of these? Fit, finish, crack prone? I haven't read much about them. Seems you can find originals for the same price so if they are a hassle maybe OE is the way to go. Just wanted to avoid dealing with hunting for a nice crack free and clean pair unless the repros are junk. Also wondering if there is more than one manf of these or all the same? Thanks

I've found it hard to find originals that aren't cracked or broken. Hard to say if the current repros are the same as mine though. Sheldon

The Starter may rub on the manifolds and sometimes the holes used to bolt to the head do not line up 100%. Other wise if they are repros a little bit of port matching would not hurt. Not sure if anyone else has run into more problems 1971 HEMI E BODY REGISTRY

Find a piece of scrap pipe - make sure it is very round - to use as a guide so you will end up with a good sealing surface for the head pipes. Just one less headache to deal with...
