Triple Threat OP master T Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 6,266 Renton Washington	Since I posted my car for sale rolling a few people have been asking why or what I bought so I figured I would share. Picked up a 99 Dakota R/T rolling chassis that I will stick my motor and transmission into. Its lighter than my car, bigger tire, better parts and better visibility. Should make a pretty awesome bracket car/truck. In the long run I might put a Super Stock Legal engine in it and see if I can go play in that arena. I'll probably be asking some questions soon about what oil pan I need to make this work and other oddities unique to these dakotas, so now you all know why. -Dustin 67 Dart, 9 second, 392" G3 Hemi 68 Barracuda 340 F/SA

Among them is the fact that it has a frame and no torsion bars to interfere with header design and more room for bigger rear tires without excessive body work.
