make sure the washer on the bottom between the calipar and the banjo hose is thick enough so the banjo is above the deck and that those interface surfaces are squeaky clean/no debris. The smooth washers supplied with rebuilt calipers are leak prone & the best is to use some OE ones (even used ones) that have circular ribs like rings on a tree trunk cuz they seal good & I think Ma may even still have em available

I ran into that problem back in the early 90s at the shop.I just started using the old washers.Its strange that some are thick and some thin when you buy new parts.Rocky

I just called Ma & they are still available (pricey tho). they told me $4.25 ea which is full retail & I'm sure you could likely get em at a better rate

Also, a lot of times when installing anything that uses a soft copper or dead soft aluminum washer, I tighten and loosen and tighten and loosen the fitting at least a half dozen times to get them to bed together. I've eliminated a lot of leaking fittings this way.
