When I am back home from work I can send you my cam specs. I am running these pistons with a solid roller with .580 lift. No problems. The pistons already have a valve relief.

I have 2295f in my street car along with a set of big valve 906 heads. I run a 292@.050 with.635" lift and a 110* lsa solid crower cam with no issues.

It's the cam duration, LSA (overlap), and installed centerline, not advertised lift that matters because the valves are closest to hitting the piston in the overlap period, just before and after TDC.
I don't know which pistons those are, but I would check the thickness of the piston at the valve notch.
I was thinking of cutting the valve notches deeper in my KB ICON pistons, but the piston is only about 0.210" thick at the valve notch already.

Many factors come into play for piston to valve clearence. Valve size cam lift Cam advance advance or retard block deck height piston height If you have all your assembly information you can figure the clearence needed.

With a .543 you have plenty of room.I used to run these pistons(lighten)and the Speed Pro exact specs.Just make sure you have good rod bolts.
Guess that's how yall roll down in 'Bama?
OP take what was already stated above to the bank and CHECK IT YOURSELF. It's very easy to do.
It's the cam duration, LSA (overlap), and installed centerline, NOT ADVERTISED VALVE LIFT that matters because the valves are closest to hitting the piston in the overlap period, just before and after TDC.
Cab is also correct, opening rate is also a critical factor.
Other factors in which no two motors are alike: Deck height, chamber cc, head gasket choice, valve diameter. CHECK IT YOURSELF...
