Yes. .020 440 4.320/is STD. 400 4.340 bore. Don`t know about the exact deck height,but I have seen it done before. Do the math and be SURE its what you want before spending your money

I don't think You need much clearancing unless it has aluminum rods Then you would see it at the bottom of the cylinders..

With a 4.15 stroke I dont think you have to notch the bottom of the bores if you use a chevy rod... so you might not see anything for clearance grinding
