Leaks like a sieve...If you can't weld on aluminum, I would avoid their crap...

IMO it is a good pan for the money. We have used them in the past and they are WAY better than the Milodon stuff.

Charlie makes some nice, reasonably priced stuff

I have his original 10 quart Super Stock pan with the center link tube on my car. He cam over to the shop so he could fit it up, took his measurements and said "Thanks, the pan is yours"

Chris don't forget about some quality (Superformance) oil pan gaskets with your order

Good products, good prices.
This could just be considered an opinion.....but a kick out pan on a long skirt block provides no measurable gain, the oil slung from the crank and rods are too far below the tangent for the kick out to work like a brand x....but it looks cool....

Agreed, however it does add oil capacity without sacrificing ground clearance.
I assume that's why Charlie designed it in there.

I had to massage a few pan holes. Other than that it fit prefect. Doesn't leak a drop. The price was very fair. Mine is a custom piece with a moved tie rod hole. Came with a screen and has plenty of baffling. t's the third one I've bought for various motors. never an issue.

One thing to really watch out when using this pan as it about drove me nuts with an oil leak was the flanges are really heavy duty on these pans and wider than a stock type pan. Well on my Keith Black block the main stud extended a little lower that on a stock block and the pan flange was catching on the stud and not letting the pan bottom out. You couldn't see it in the car and I thought it was a rear main seal. IT WASN'T. Its a simple fix as all I had to do was remove a few threads but like I said finding it wasn't easy.

Yes, thought you might like to know that the height was different than what Mancini advertises...

I've had Charlie build me several custom pans. We keep going bigger and bigger on both the kickout and the depth and keep picking up power.

So John..

Missing 4 pan bolts on the passenger side doesn't create a leak.??

We use Charlies pans and use a lot of them. The dragster style like you show, but with full tray and scraper instead of screen.Usually we have to tweak a few bolt holes and relieve some heavely welded areas at the corners.Great prices and service.

No leaks but on that pan those two bolts are kind of a pain as they go up thru a couple of plugs in the bottom of the pan. I ground a socket to fit up thru the tube to tighten the pan head (flange head) nuts. all the bolts are studded and I use a gasket and "Right Stuff" sealer. Like I said above these pans have a flange that's about 1/4 inch thick and you can really crank them down. Tom Hemphile ordered that pan for me many years ago and I picked up the kick out pan on ebay I think.

Chris I ran that pan for years and NEVER ha d a leak. Also in reply to the no HP gain with the kickout I will call BS as well. We ran mine on the dyno when I first bought one. We made 23 more HP with the side kickout than we did with the milodon dragster style pan. So my experience is quit e a bit different than posted here. We have since moved on to a different pan builder. But I still feel this is one area many Mopar guys are missing the boat.
