I know it is Organisol if it is flat, but is it supposed to be flat or shiny?

If you know what Organisol is you wouldn't be asking the question. I say that not to be rude it's just a fact. It should have a textured low sheen to the surface. Flat would be a better way of saying it than Gloss in simpler terms. Mopar didn't paint Gloss stripes say like Chevy did with a Chevelle. I attached a picture of my airgrabber bubble from a few years ago.

I don't think he is asking if organisol is flat or shiny. He said in his last post "I know it is Organisol if it is flat". I think he is asking if the black part is organisol/flat or non-organisol/shiny.
