hey folks! i am in need of new tires, and am thinking the proper goodyears will make the car. it's a '70 AAR themed hemi 'vert 'cuda, and of course, my mind went to 'bigger is always better', while looking through the tire choices. i saw the L60's below the G60's (proper in the rear, E60's up front for the AAR), and it got me thinking, the more rubber the better, the ol' hemi is a brute on the tires these days..... anyhoo, i am looking for pics, to get a guideline if they will look too 'big' on the car. i am running 275/60's on the rear now, and i know they may not be much bigger? 235/60's are up front now, which from what i gathered, is close to the F60's........ any and all opinions are welcome, and more so for some photos.... thanks in advance! ps, here is my build thread if interested: https://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/show...&PHPSESSID=

I have Polyglas tires on my Road Runner and am totally happy how they drive. Sure a radial will outhandle them but polyglas are very good for bias plys

Just so you can see what your Cuda would look like, here is an old picture of my 71 HemiCuda back in 1986 with L-60-15 Goodyear polyglas on the rear and F-60-15's on the front. They were not in reproduction back then like they are today, but these still rode great.
Do you recall if they had any grip?

Hey Terry, I haven't seen your Challenger in quite awhile but I recall it having rubber bumpers. Those L60's look great on there Dave
