is the converter and plate diffrent going from a steel crank to a cast crank 440?

That looks like cast crank engine so...flex plate from factory would have been the same but converter for it would have had weights--today the way to go is just get easy to score neutral bal converter for steel crank style engine and use a B&M flexplate that corrects for use with cast crank--it has weight taken off one side vs. adding weight they work great. I think it is part #10237 but see website to confirm
