any 1 running a b&m quick silver shifter? I bought 1 on ebay, $42.00 an after looking at the instruction's on line it say's something about Park limiter blocker pin and e-clips and Three speed limiter blocker pin and e-clips, shifter is not installed any 1 have a pic of the clips installed?? it feel's like there is a extra shift? this came off a 3spd I was told of some sort.. if I post a pic or 2 can some 1 help me lol..

They are also capable of shifting 4 speed autos. I think this is where the blocking with the clips comes in.

the blocker pin is for the 4th gear lock out, if your running a 3 speed you dont have a 4th position. the other pin iirc is because the spacing on some trans between park and neutral is longer so its a compensator...where it may feel like there is 2 position between park and neutral on the shifter...I just installed one, and ill tell you the directions suck!!! I read it 10 times and fiddled with it until I figured it out.

ok so it's 6 click's right??? take's to click's to get from park to reverse right??? i bought this used so never came with nothing lol.. i thought is said something about if your running this on a chevy 3spd an a dodge 3spd ya have to install something?? like i said i have no clue what this was installed on..
