Easiest is a point distributor converted to pertronix. As far as the intake port match is important carb I would run a mopar Q jet

318 I'm assuming. If the intake has the way larger 360 ports just get the right intake gasket set. What carb? Set the timing marks at 15 BTDC on #1 compression with the magnet dead even with the tooth that places the cap terminal with the #1 wire over the the rotor. You'll need a 4 pin generic Mopar 4 pin ECU from your parts house (A standard Motor Products LX101 is the best if they carry it) & a ballast of ~1 ohm or a bit more & the wireing diagrams are in the archives. I think you can reuse your coil. Holler back if more detail needed. EDIT if you have a 4 terminal ballast parallel wire it along with a 4 pin ECU & you're good. (add a blue loop of wire at the other end of the ballast so both ends have a blue loop of wire)

Minimum needed is:

Carb (check)
Distributor (check)
ECU & Wiring harness
I "think" the Ballast resistor is different (dual vs single)

Optional/Suggested:

Manifold (check)
Replacement aircleaner setup

Yes if you have a ballast but WHICH ECU are you considering? You dont want to get an MP orange box. I'd suggest buy the ECU pentastar harness/pigtail seperately then a parts store ECU

The factory 2BBL kick-down arm will not reach the throttle on a 4BBL carb. You'll either need to find a 4BBL arm off of an AHB (Diplomat cop car), elongate the existing rod, or go with the Lokar cable kit. I chose to elongate the factory rod on my Fifth by cutting it half, threading the ends of the rods, and using a turnbuckle to join them. Doing it this way allows me to make kick-down adjustments without having to get under the car.
