Even Googlizing the crap out of it a thousand different ways produced almost zero results.
It's a ball joint adapter tool C-4034.
I can't even find a picture of it except a crude illustration in the FSM.
Do I even really need it?

it is the ball joint socket.

Thanks. So it's a 2-9/64ths deep socket (which you need for the lower ball joint) as opposed to the C-3561 2-9/64ths standard socket (used on the upper ball joint). Yes?

Nobody has the deep socket. They all show the standard socket.

Some of the older ball joints had more of a dome shape on top, thus the reason for a deep well socket. Otherwise the standard depth socket will work on most.

sorry, maybe I am confused.

the number you gave was to remove and replace the upper ball joint.

I am unaware of any lower ball joint threaded into the lower control arm, but have only worked on a few mopars so could be mistaken.

three sizes exist for the uppper,
small for early a
med for pretty much every car otherwise
and large for trucks.

I have seen the shallow version sold for as cheap as 12 bucks.
I own the deeper version from snapon but that ran like 90 bucks with the 3/4 to 1/2 adapter.

if you are looking for a lower ball joint socket, I have never seen one.

No, you're good. As usual, it's me.
Since I have Press-in lower ball joints, it's a moot point about a socket for the lowers. Yes?
Or am I still out in far left field?

When tools become idiotly priced (or it takes a week to be delivered, in my case) it can sometimes by smart to just make your own.

Here's a LCA balljoint-tool I drew up and had lasercut locally up for my '60 NewYorker, which has threaded balljoints.
After the cutting I welded everything together and was able to change the balljoints...

76 New yorker.

From the FSM:

"Lower Ball Joints.
Installation:
(1) Press in new ball joint into lower control arm using assembled Tool C-4212.
(2) Place a new seal over ball joint with Adaptor Tool C-4034 and press retainer portion of seal down on ball joint housing until it is securely locked in position."

Looks like it's just a SLEEVE that is open on one end and closed , except for a centering hole on the other end used to push the seal in place and clearing the ball joint.

You could probably use a piece of PVC or pipe of the appropriate size and the seal into place ????

I have that C-4212 ball joint press tool, and will have to see if that Adapter tool, C-4034 is with it.
Don't know what good it will do you though, if i have it.
