Install it as an assembly, it's all square & securely welded, why drill out all those welds just to put new welds back in the same spots?

Would the rear cross member be the same between the Coronet & RR? The "Junkyard Dog" thread in Members Projects did the one piece swap....Good info and pix there!
the stuff will all interchange and fit better then the repo metal will. there might be some minor differances between the 2 you will have to eyeball it up to know for sure what your are up against.
one important thing to note is the rear spring shackle mounting point is different from dodge to plymouth. one is further towards back then the other the differance is made up with a differant front spring hanger. that is stuff to be aware of so you can line up the rear springs properly when you put it all back together.

The only difference in the rear framerails, if I'm remembering right, the 70 rear rail's, on the right rear framerail there is an oval hole, on the inside and outside. Most 69 rail's do not have these hole's in them. You can weld them up, if need be. Beside's that, they are 100% the same. Just like BBcoronet said, all is the same, except for the outer wheelhouse's.

Wheelbase lengths are different between Dodge and Plymouth. Found that out with my drive shaft. Study and ask questions.
That is in the spring hanger which is a bolt on piece...
where the rear spring shackle mounts is different also and that is not a bolt on piece.
