Is the tail shaft the same on a 727 big block to small block? How easy can this be changed in the car? I'm replacing my tranny mount in my 70 cuda and the tranny mount on the tail shaft is messed up.

The trans mount locations are all the same ... but there IS a diff as far as other stuff ...like OEM shifter tabs and damper mounts.
