Nope. Picked up some gaskets today after work and I'm scraping my over zealous silicon job off! Probably won't get it all tonight! Glad I thought to grab longer bolts while I was at Jegs.

So did you ever get the trans into reverse?
Old, tired, and sometimes broke down. Me, not my car...

Not yet. I'm going to drain the trans tonight and take the cover loose. I loosened the ccover bolts enough that it leaked, so I just ordered a new cover gasket from Brewers. Installed new valve cover gaskets but need longer bolts to get them on. It's still coming along.

Lol. Would like to. I just don't see it this year. I've got less time to work on it now, and I'm about to move again and that's gonna burn a lot of time and $$. Might just be dormant for another stretch.

Trans is back together. Reverse works. So does 1-4!!!! I drove it around the garage and house and moved the Mirada to the back and now can get it out. Lost the brakes in the process. The Right Stuff got their last dollar from me. The lines in their disk brake conversion either hit the shock directly if they are mounted with calipers or hit the upper control arm AND the shock if the calipers are turned to the rear. I'll keep plugging away! I drove it. Now I want to get it on the road!

how I remember Mopars, not the show poodle restos. That photo above could have been taken in 1973, 1980 or 1990 for that matter.
