I bought March Pulleys for my engine but can't figure out how to get the alternator pully off to change it. I don't want to mess it up. How does it come off? Any special tools/tricks? Thanks

As said you need the tool. then seperate the alt case & take the front half in to have the March pulley pressed on. Make magic marker marks on the 3 sections to easily go back together with the correct clocking

A parts store might have that puller too, just use a hose clamp around the jaws to help hold then in tight.
